A snowball is a delicious frozen treat made of fine, precision-shaved ice, covered with your choice of handmade flavored syrups. It’s like eating fresh fallen snow covered with your favorite fun topping! They are made to order and worth the wait!

Are snowballs different from snow cones?

YES! Snow cones use crushed, not shaved ice. The ice is usually crushed ahead of time and sometimes packed by hand. Flavor tends to run to bottom of cup instead of sticking to finely shaven ice.

Snowballs are made from finely shaved filtered ice that is shaved when you order, ensuring its light and fluffy texture. The ice goes directly from the block ice shaver to your cup and each snow flake is enveloped by the flavor of your choice. There are over 150 flavors available for snowballs.. Fleur de Lis Flavors keeps at least 40 flavors in stock. If we do not have your favorite flavor, let us know and we’ll work on that!

Step 2: Request the serving size(s)
Step 3: Choose your flavor(s)
Step 4: Request extras, if applicable (gumballs, extra syrup, ice cream, cream, etc.)
Step 5: Watch the snowballologist work “Snowball Magic”
Step 6: Enjoy your snowball
Step 7: Come back, repeat step 1.
